Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please make sure you want to place your order before checking out.
If you need to make changes after placing your order, please email us as soon as possible at 666huayue@gmail.com.

Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 10 days from the date you receive your order. After 10 days, we're unable to offer a refund.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
Please contact us before sending anything back — items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Items purchased during Black Friday / Cyber Monday sales can only be refunded as store credit, not cash.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
After approval, returned items must arrive within 30 days, or the refund cannot be processed.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method; processing may take some time.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
